RITE<\/strong><\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4501af7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"4501af7\" de Instalaciones T\u00e9rmicas hable de temperaturas, pero, \u00bfcu\u00e1ntas temperaturas existen para realizar el dise\u00f1o de una instalaci\u00f3n de climatizaci\u00f3n de confort humano?<br \/>\nLa respuesta no es directa, deberemos pasar por todos los pasos necesarios para el dise\u00f1o de la instalaci\u00f3n y seguir las indicaciones que nos marca RITE.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc6f082 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dc6f082\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>TEMPERATURA INTERIOR DE DISE\u00d1O<\/strong><br \/>\nAqu\u00ed es donde se empiezan a cometer errores, casi todo el mundo contestar\u00eda que nos basemos en la Tabla de la IT 1.1.4.1.2 Temperatura operativa y humedad relativa<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4f88e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"e4f88e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" \u00a1Y es que el t\u00edtulo incita a error!<\/strong>, pero si seguimos leyendo el texto nos impone que:<br \/>\n<em>\u201cPara el dimensionamiento de los sistemas de calefacci\u00f3n, se emplear\u00e1 una temperatura de c\u00e1lculo de las condiciones interiores de 21\u00baC. Para los sistemas de refrigeraci\u00f3n la temperatura de c\u00e1lculo ser\u00e1 de 25\u00baC\u201d<\/em><br \/>\nPor tanto, ya tenemos nuestra primera temperatura, la de dise\u00f1o.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20705ac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20705ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>TEMPERATURA OPERATIVA<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ahora s\u00ed, la tabla anterior nos dar\u00eda la horquilla de temperaturas donde debemos programar nuestros termostatos cuando la instalaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 en funcionamiento. <strong>Pues, no, tampoco es as\u00ed.<\/strong> La tabla anterior est\u00e1 hecha para<em> \u201cpersonas con actividad metab\u00f3lica sedentaria de 1,2 met, con grado de vestimenta de 0,5 clo en verano y 1 clo en invierno y un PPD (porcentaje de personas insatisfechas) menor al 10 %, los valores de la temperatura operativa y de la humedad relativa, asumiendo un nivel de velocidad de aire bajo (&lt;0.1 m \/ s)\u201d.<\/em> <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed798a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ed798a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre si no es el caso?, f\u00e1cil, <em>\u201cPara valores diferentes de la actividad metab\u00f3lica, grado de vestimenta, velocidad del aire y PPD del apartado a) es v\u00e1lido el c\u00e1lculo de la temperatura operativa y la humedad relativa realizado por el procedimiento indicado en la norma UNE-EN ISO 7730\u201d<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25fc0ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25fc0ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Poco a poco vamos aclarando temas, pero \u00bfsiempre se aplica lo indicado anteriormente?, <strong>pues, no, otro problema<\/strong>. La IT 3.8 nos indica que tras la Modificaci\u00f3n por RD-Ley 10\/2022):<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e15076 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e15076\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>\u201cPor razones de ahorro energ\u00e9tico se limitar\u00e1n las condiciones de temperatura en el interior de los establecimientos habitables que est\u00e9n acondicionados, situados en los edificios y locales destinados a los siguientes usos:<br \/>\na) Administrativo.<br \/>\nb) Comercial: tiendas, supermercados, grandes almacenes, centros comerciales y similares.<br \/>\nc) P\u00fablica concurrencia:<br \/>\nCulturales: teatros, cines, auditorios, centros de congresos, salas de exposiciones y similares.<br \/>\nEstablecimientos de espect\u00e1culos p\u00fablicos y actividades recreativas.<br \/>\nRestauraci\u00f3n: bares, restaurantes y cafeter\u00edas.<br \/>\nTransporte de personas: estaciones y aeropuertos.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40c19f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"40c19f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>a) La temperatura del aire en los recintos calefactados no ser\u00e1 superior a 19 \u00baC, cuando para ello se requiera consumo de energ\u00eda convencional para la generaci\u00f3n de calor por parte del sistema de calefacci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nb) La temperatura del aire en los recintos refrigerados no ser\u00e1 inferior a 27 \u00baC, cuando para ello se requiera consumo de energ\u00eda convencional para la generaci\u00f3n de fr\u00edo por parte del sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e6a3b68 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e6a3b68\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>TEMPERATURA EXTERIOR DE DISE\u00d1O<\/strong><br \/>\nYa conocemos, o eso creemos, las condiciones interiores de dise\u00f1o, pero \u00bfy las exteriores? La IT 1.2.4 Caracterizaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de la exigencia de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica es clara:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc99328 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc99328\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u201cCon objeto de mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de los generadores, ajustar la potencia a la demanda t\u00e9rmica real y reducir la potencia de dise\u00f1o en proyecto, para fijar la potencia que suministren las unidades de producci\u00f3n de calor o fr\u00edo se ha de tener en cuenta:<\/p>\n<p>a) Para el c\u00e1lculo de las cargas t\u00e9rmicas m\u00e1ximas de invierno, las temperaturas secas a considerar son las correspondientes a un percentil del 99 % para todos los tipos de edificios y espacios acondicionados (TS 99 %).<\/p>\n<p>b) Para el c\u00e1lculo de las cargas t\u00e9rmicas m\u00e1ximas de verano, las temperaturas seca y h\u00fameda coincidente a considerar son las correspondientes a un percentil del 1 % para todos los tipos de edificios y espacios acondicionados (TS 1 %).\u201d<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb7b908 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cb7b908\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00bfSiempre es as\u00ed? Pues, no, no siempre es as\u00ed.<\/strong> El siguiente p\u00e1rrafo nos aclara:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9af93a1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9af93a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>\u201cComo excepci\u00f3n y siempre que se justifique en el proyecto o memoria t\u00e9cnica, para edificios con usos especiales, como hospitales, museos, etc. se ha de tener en cuenta:<br \/>\na) Para el c\u00e1lculo de las cargas t\u00e9rmicas m\u00e1ximas de invierno, las temperaturas secas a considerar son las correspondientes a un percentil del 99,6 % (TS 99,6 %).<br \/>\nb) Para el c\u00e1lculo de las cargas t\u00e9rmicas m\u00e1ximas de verano, las temperaturas seca y h\u00fameda coincidente a considerar son las correspondientes a un percentil del 0,4 % (TS 0,4 %).\u201d<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-136c9c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"136c9c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sobre este tema debemos resaltar que las temperaturas exteriores de dise\u00f1o se obtienen de la Gu\u00eda t\u00e9cnica Condiciones clim\u00e1ticas exteriores de proyecto, se pueden obtener de otras fuentes y es l\u00edcito, pero esta es la fuente m\u00e1s com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-224885d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"224885d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si analizamos las condiciones, de varias ubicaciones, que nos ofrece, se obtiene:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9575811 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"9575811\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.keyter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Tabla-2-Temp-RITE-ES-1.png\" title=\"Tabla 2 -Temp RITE &#8211; ES\" alt=\"Tabla 2 -Temp RITE - ES\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cace609 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cace609\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Observando los datos de percentil TS1, solo C\u00f3rdoba supera la temperatura de dise\u00f1o de 38\u00baC, suponiendo que solo el TS1 de las 8760 de c\u00e1lculo supera esta temperatura. A todas luces poco realista.
