An incentive of 69,273.99 € has been received from Innovation and Development Agency of Andalusia IDEA, Regional Government of Andalusia, 80% co-financed by European Union through European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for HFO-ONEIDA project implementation with the aim of Promoting technological development, innovation and quality research.
HFO Organic fluid New Energy-efficient InDustrial Appliances (HFO-ONEIDA) project. It is about development and research of air-conditioning units with HFO refrigerants. Hydrofluorofluorinated refrigerant gases (HFO) are considered to be the 4th generation of fluorinated refrigerant gases (F-gases). With zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP) they are the lowest environmental impact solutions of the F-gases. HFOs are compounds made up of hydrogen, fluorine and carbon atoms.
