KEYTER‘s Technical Assistance network is focused on supporting our customer in equipment commissioning and follow-up, eventual incidences fix, both during guarantee period and beyond, as well as in any other customer need.
KEYTER, through its Technical Assistance, is resposible for the equipment commissioning and provides with all technical assistance required to comply with the environmental regulation, enabling the maximum product quality and efficiency thoughout its lifetime. The commission date is agreed with the customer once the PO is confirmed. After the commissioning, a detailed technical report is generated with all actions performed.

We focus on providing him with value, facilitating and accelerating its management with personal attention and fair price.
