El primer aspecto importante es que no todas las instalaciones de climatización y refrigeración están obligadas a disponer de un Plan de Autoprotección. El catálogo contempla expresamente las instalaciones frigoríficas con refrigerantes del segundo y tercer grupo de seguridad cuando superen las 3 toneladas de cantidad total empleada. Esta exigencia no es nueva. Ya aparecía en el RD 393/2007 y se mantiene en la regulación actual, con referencias sectoriales actualizadas.The first important point is that not all air-conditioning and refrigeration installations must have a Self-Protection Plan. Su Anexo II establece nueve capítulos para el Plan de Autoprotección. Para HVACR destacan especialmente la identificación y evaluación de riesgos, los medios de protección, el mantenimiento de instalaciones y el Plan de Actuación ante Emergencias. Este último debe contemplar la clasificación de emergencias según su naturaleza, gravedad, ocupación y medios disponibles, además de procedimientos de detección, alerta, alarma, intervención, evacuación, confinamiento, socorro y coordinación externa.Its Annex II sets out nine chapters for the Self-Protection Plan.
